Job summary

AIST Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Partnerships & Community Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary contact for drivers and clients, delivering in-person, phone, and digital support to build strong relationships and boost brand loyalty.

You will monitor service quality, support vehicle branding and advertising opportunities, prepare management reports, and help run office operations while upholding branding standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local markets and community networks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers and clients, providing ongoing support through in-person, phone, and digital communication and to foster positive relationships, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, enhance brand loyalty and community engagement.
• Monitor service quality metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support vehicle branding initiatives, including communication with drivers, scheduling installations, and ensuring branding quality standards, conduct regular checks to maintain branding consistency and quality across the fleet.
• Negotiate advertising opportunities with local businesses, support offline advertising activities, promotional campaigns and driver/client activation events to maximize brand visibility.
• Prepare detailed activity reports and updates for management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Support daily office operations and assist in resolving city-specific operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, branding guidelines, and internal policies.
