Job summary

Vision Inland Resources in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Assistant to handle inquiries related to warehouse operations, delivery status and inventory. You will coordinate with warehouse, transport and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain accurate records.

The role requires good communication, basic computer skills (Excel/Word), and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other warehouse systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to warehouse, delivery, order status and inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery and shipment status.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, invoices, shipment documents and other related records.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution.
• Update customer information, orders and shipment details in the system.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, damaged or short-delivered shipments.
• Assist with daily warehouse administrative and customer service activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of warehouse records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
