Job summary

Vision Inland Resources in Gelang Patah, Johor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support logistics operations. You will respond to customer enquiries, track shipments, coordinate with warehousing and transport teams, and maintain accurate order and shipment records.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills; experience in logistics is a plus. You will work closely with the supervisor to ensure timely and accurate service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Customer service or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised and customer-focused.
