Job summary

TN Elevator & Equipment Services Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.

The role requires familiarity with WMS, forklift operation, and ensuring accurate inventory, documentation, and safety compliance while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation or related field.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience operating forklift with valid license/certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and perform regular stock checks.
• Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout for space optimization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks as required.
• Use WMS to update and track inventory and handle returns.
