Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations, oversee inventory, delivery and logistics processes, and ensure accurate goods handling and on-time shipment to customers. The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, at least 5 years in materials management or logistics, knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to communicate with all levels.

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate with all levels, resourceful and independent.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good analytical skills and planning experience an added advantage.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin for customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager on daily warehouse operation including manage inventory, delivery and logistics processes.
• Plan, execute and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns/damaged/expired goods.
• Responsible for accuracy of goods in warehouse & on time shipment to customers.
• Ensure stock movement is updated in the system with location, quantity on hand, value, etc.
• Implement and instil cost efficiency throughout Warehouse Department.
• Space planning to maximize storage for raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with other departments for stock verification.

• To assist Warehouse Manager on daily warehouse operation including manage inventory, delivery and logistics processes.
• To plan, execute and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns/damaged/expired goods.
• Responsible for accuracy of goods in warehouse & on time shipment to customers.
• Ensure stock movement is constantly updated in the system via relevant documents/from in order to ensure accuracy of data including location, quantity on hand, value/etc.
• Implement, maintain and instil cost efficiency concept throughout Warehouse Department.
• Effective space planning so as to maximize storage for raw materials & finished goods.
• Accountable for effective implementation of 5S within Warehouse Department.
• Coordinate with other department if any stock verification needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year of experiences in managing material management, warehouse, inventory management or logistics operations.
• Knowledge in inventory control procedure and ERP system is essential.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Good analytical approach and exposure to some level of planning work shall be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. You are requested to communicate with customers in Mandarin.
