Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Selangor. You will upload records, assist in receiving, checking, and moving goods, and help maintain accurate inventory levels.

The role requires independence, reliability, and strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 5.5 working days per week, with responsibilities spanning stock control and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM/STPM or Bachelor’s/Diploma in any discipline.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain records of pictures related to warehouse activities (damaged tiles, container unloading).
• Assist in receiving, checking, and moving goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Assist in checking stock imbalances to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in stock transfer activities between locations or warehouses.
• Communicate with customers and provide up-to-date information on order and delivery status, including estimated delivery times.
• Record incoming stock accurately into the system (MR).
• Perform general warehouse administrative duties and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure warehouse records and inventory information are updated accurately and on time.

• Assist in receiving, checking, handling, and arranging the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Assist in checking and investigating stock imbalances to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist in stock transfer activities between locations or warehouses
• Communicate with customers and provide accurate, up-to-date information on order and delivery status, including estimated delivery times
• Record incoming stock accurately into the system through (MR)
• Perform general warehouse administrative duties and maintain proper documentation and records
• Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure warehouse records and inventory information are updated accurately and on time

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Patient, resilient, and able to work well under pressure
• Computer literate and familiar with basic computer software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
