Job summary

Bright Star Logistics Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner within a fast-paced freight-forwarding team.

You will monitor shipment status, liaise with internal departments, resolve issues, maintain records, follow up with customers, and contribute to service improvements while supporting sales and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in logistics or similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and provide regular updates on shipment status until delivery is completed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
