Job summary

Sam Fah Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly, patient Customer Service Representative to handle telephone and WhatsApp enquiries, confirm customer requirements, product details and stock availability, and prepare quotations according to pricing and approval procedures.

You will record and process orders, follow up on orders and deliveries, assist walk-in customers, and maintain organised customer records.

Working Hour: Monday to Sunday: 8am till 5.30pm (1.5 day restday allocate per week)
