Job summary

Nexpipo in Petaling Jaya is seeking a friendly English-speaking Customer Experience Officer to assist customers with inquiries and deliver effective solutions. Handle inquiries via calls, email, live chat, and other channels; maintain accurate case records and follow up to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a background in Customer Service, Call Centre, Retail or Hospitality is advantageous, and health and vision insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using different systems.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Retail, Hospitality, or related roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, email, live chat, or other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Assist customers with account, service, order, or general enquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure issues are resolved within the required timeline.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Meet required service standards, quality targets, and performance KPIs.
