Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries through Live Chat and Email.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying root cause and providing solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while meeting operational KPIs.
