Bespoke Habitat in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive (1 year contract) to support day-to-day operations of our real estate business, serving prospects, tenants and partners with responsiveness and professionalism.

You will handle inquiries via App, email or phone, coordinate with contractors, assist with rental payments, and help resolve disputes. Mandarin ability is a plus; training will be provided.

• Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, onboarding, or tenant/client success in high-volume settings.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with ticketing/case-management systems; quick to learn in-house system.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Property / Building Management) - 1 year Contract

We are seeking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations of our real estate business through providing excellent customer service to prospects, tenants, and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners, address their concerns and complaints, and provide assistance through App, email or phone when needed.

Mediate disputes between tenants and address any issues related to tenant behaviour or compliance with lease agreements.

Coordinate with contractors, partners and tenants to ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner.

Assist in ensuring rental payments, utility bills, late fees, and other charges are collected.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, onboarding, or tenant / client success role, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Comfortable working with ticketing and case-management systems; able to quickly learn the company's in-house ticketing system.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Highly detail-oriented, able to remain composed under pressure, and able to manage ambiguity.

Responsible, self-driven, and an enthusiastic team player.

At least 3 years of experience in providing hotel industry/ service-oriented or any related field preferred. Training will be provided.

Able to work rotation shift, Sunday and Public Holiday

Salary Package - Includes rotation shift allowances + KPI-Driven incentives.

Bonus: Knowledge or interest in property management business is a plus.

Bonus: Able to converse in Mandarin (Chinese) to liaise with Chinese-speaking tenants or property partners .
