Bespoke Habitat in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive (1 year contract) to support day-to-day operations of our real estate business, serving prospects, tenants and partners with responsiveness and professionalism.

You will handle inquiries via App, email or phone, coordinate with contractors, assist with rental payments, and help resolve disputes. Mandarin ability is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, onboarding, or tenant/client success in high-volume settings.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with ticketing/case-management systems; quick to learn in-house system.

Aufgaben

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners; address concerns via App, email or phone.
• Mediate disputes between tenants and enforce lease compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors/partners/tenants to ensure timely maintenance/repairs.
• Assist in collecting rental payments, utility bills, late fees and charges.
