AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive/Officer to coordinate all shipments and fulfill customers' requirements.

You will represent the company professionally and strive to deliver exceptionally high service standards to boost customer satisfaction. You will handle import/export shipments, prepare declarations, respond to daily inquiries, work with sales for pre- and post-sales support, manage invoicing and insurance arrangements, and prepare

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service (Freight Forwarding Industry preferred).
• Ability to handle Cross Trade Shipment.
• Friendly and Customer Service Driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all import and export shipments based on allocation.
• Prepare permit declarations (Pure CO, Permit with CO, Permit for Export/Import/Air).
• Ensure daily customers' enquiries are attended to, including order and delivery status.
• Handle incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction.
• Work in conjunction with sales representatives to provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and billings to customers.
• Purchase insurance and arrange insurance claims for customers.
• Draft and issue quotations to potential and existing customers.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
