Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Customer Service Executive - Transhipment to support transshipment operations for a leading global freight forwarding client. The role involves processing documentation, coordinating shipping requirements, tracking shipments and addressing customer inquiries.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with MS-Office skills and familiarity with Cargowise will have an edge. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications.
• Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus.
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare transhipment documentations
• Reporting and data entry
• Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
• Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
• Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/followups/complaints
• Track shipments and updates
• Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management
