ODYSSEYWHEELS TRAVEL SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a customer service coordinator to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, and to support rental bookings.

You will confirm, cancel, or amend reservations, follow up on payments and feedback, and coordinate with drivers for delivery and collection, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Overtime pay and statutory EPF/SOCSO in the first month are provided; work week is 5.5 days.
