You will confirm, cancel, or amend reservations, follow up on payments and feedback, and coordinate with drivers for delivery and collection, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Overtime pay and statutory EPF/SOCSO in the first month are provided; work week is 5.5 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in.
• Manage rental bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
• Follow up with customers on reservations, payments, and feedback.
• Coordinate with drivers for vehicle delivery and collection.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
