Concentrix in Malaysia is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service – Malay to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering friendly, accurate support and resolving routine issues.

You will aim to meet contractual KPIs, document interactions, and encourage upsell where appropriate, while maintaining product knowledge and customer empathy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Formación

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Good computer navigation and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet contractual KPIs in service delivery.
• Clarify requirements; provide resolution using tools.
• Listen with empathy and build rapport with the customer.
• Greet customers courteously per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Document work accurately and update accounts.
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Suggest additional products or services.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries using published materials or escalate.
