Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a committed customer service assistant in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh grads welcome; minimum 1 year experience in handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.

You will communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as a bonus, and use Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint to manage data, invoices, PO, DO and reporting. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service; fresh grads welcome.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Xlookup), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with invoices, PO, DO, GRN, returns and reporting is a plus.
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Can start work immediately is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints, document and record customer details.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer queries/complaints per SOP and route to operations for resolution
• Prepare and submit regular/ad hoc reports to departments or management
• Liaise with operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients/customers
• Backup other administrative & customer service tasks when necessary
