Job summary

JEG Filtration is a trusted partner in liquid filtration, delivering sales, service and expertise across a wide range of filtration products and supporting equipment. We seek a capable coordinator to manage quotations, orders and customer communications from our Klang office.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in business or related fields, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency are essential for effective customer interactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in business, admin or related field is required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient with Excel and basic computer systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery orders accurately.
• Enter and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Be the friendly contact for customers about order status and documents.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist with vendor registrations (SSM, SST cert and company profile) and approvals follow-up.
• Support sales with scheduling—meetings, site visits or delivery arrangements.
• Handle last-minute order changes or requests as they arise.
• Maintain tidy sales records and generate simple order status reports.
• Monitor customer order frequency and prompt the sales team when needed.
