Job summary

Seng Fung Supplies & Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer communications, quotations, sales orders, and related documentation while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

You will handle customer inquiries via multiple channels, prepare accurate quotations, and maintain sales records. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience in preparing quotations is required
• Experience in sales coordination or sales administration
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and multitask
• Good follow-up skills and a positive working attitude

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and handle enquiries
• Respond to WhatsApp, Messenger and customer messages
• Prepare and manage quotations accurately
• Handle Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and related documents
• Process and follow up on customer orders and purchase orders (PO/LPO)
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain proper sales records and documentation
• Assist in daily sales and administrative operations
