GuocoLand Malaysia is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our customer service and operations team. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate defect rectification with contractors, support property handovers, and maintain records. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is essential, with additional language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, property or facilities experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
