Job summary

We are seeking a Customer Service & Support Executive to manage orders, shipments, stock planning, and service quality for international clients. Fresh graduates fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Gallery, B2B, and manual customer orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Sales/ Customer on order confirmations, discrepancies, amendments, deferments, and cancellations.
• Prepare and arrange shipments, including FCL shipments to East Malaysia.
• Monitor delivery status to ensure on-time arrival at customer sites.
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, transporter, and customers on delivery matters.
• Liaise with Demand Planner on stock availability and arrangement.
• Allocate stock and manage outstanding orders based on system requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, deliveries, and stock matters.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with Sales/ Customer on order confirmations, discrepancies, amendments, deferments, and cancellations.

2. Shipment & Delivery Coordination

• Prepare and arrange shipments, including FCL shipments to East Malaysia.

• Monitor delivery status to ensure on-time arrival at customer sites.

• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, transporter, and customers on delivery matters.

3. Stock Control & Planning Coordination

• Liaise with Demand Planner on stock availability and arrangement

• Allocate stock and manage outstanding orders based on system requirements.

4. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, deliveries, and stock matters.

• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

• Participate weekly and monthly review meetings.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:
