Responsibilities include arranging purchaser appointments before VP, supervising defect rectification, and managing daily operations of the Customer Service Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/PR or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Attend and handle all customers' complaints and enquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Project, Sales, Sales Admin and Property Management for related matters.
• Arrange appointments with purchasers before VP issuance and conduct handover of keys.
• Coordinate defect rectification works and ensure timely field defect closure.
• Plan and oversee daily running of the Customer Service Office.
• Follow up on project rectification status and participate in joint/pre-inspection with purchasers.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
