Job summary

Ralliant in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a client-focused Customer Service Executive to handle orders, quotations, and payments, update customers on status, and ensure SLA compliance across internal teams.

The role involves coordinating with logistics, accounts, and sales to translate customer requirements into working terms, while maintaining high energy and English communication. Diploma/engineering degrees are welcomed, and calibration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience with any technical services company.
• Diploma/engineering/other Degree graduates.
• Calibration and other technical services experience as customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and to be good in written and spoken English.
• High energy and customer focus is desired.
• Focus on process improvements, innovative thinking and implementation of new ideas is an expectation from this position.

Responsibilities

• Receiving instruments, updating systems and coordinating with internal team to meet service level agreements.
• Updating customers about status and maintaining high customer focus during interactions.
• Verifying customer requirements and interacting with outside service providers for quotations and SLA.
• Coordinating with logistics team for shipment of material and instruments.
• Interacting with customers for quotations, purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Clearing payments with outside vendors and coordinating with accounts team.
• Co-ordination with sales to understand customer requirements and translate to working terms and track progress.
