- Serve as the main technical contact for customer quality matters, strengthening relationships and driving satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints by leading investigations, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and executing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct customer audits, ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA), and align internal processes with customer expectations.

A successful Customer Quality Manager should have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, ideally in a customer-facing role within manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication capabilities.
- Hands‑on knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, and Pareto analysis, as well as ISO standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and navigate high‑pressure situations effectively.
- High level of attention to detail in quality inspection and validation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
