Job summary

Celestica is seeking a seasoned account management professional in Malaysia to guide profitability, forecast accuracy, planning, and strategy execution for key customers. You will handle order/demand management, ECO readiness, and NRE exposure while coordinating pricing and contract terms with internal teams.

You will drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, regular program reviews, and swift resolution of issues. Exposure to PCB manufacturing and SCM will be valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years in related fields.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in order/demand management and RMA is an added value.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing PCBs and SCM.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms experience.
• Excellent presentation and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning and monitoring execution of strategies.
• Oversee order and demand managements and ECO implementation.
• Coordinate pricing, bids and contract terms development and management.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers regularly to ensure progress and status reporting.
• Lead program-tracking meetings with customer and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cost engineering, finance and SCM to analyze costs and price variances.
