Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Customer Program Management Analyst to act as the primary liaison between customers and the production team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and production stays on schedule.

You will lead actions to resolve supply chain issues such as material shortages, support billing and quotes for new products or services, and prepare detailed performance metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD).

Qualifications

• Must be a degree holder with at least 4 years of related experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or account management.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with EDI transmissions and database management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers and production to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule.
• Monitor orders from entry to delivery and manage E&O inventory to minimize waste.
• Lead production meetings to align customer requirements and work with managers to resolve root causes.
• Track project billing and assist with quotes for new products or services.
