Job summary

Celestica seeks a proactive liaison between customers and the production team to ensure orders are processed accurately and production stays on schedule. You will monitor orders end-to-end, manage inventory and respond to supply chain hiccups before they affect customers.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, reporting on On-Time Delivery and forecast accuracy, and assisting with quotes for new products. A degree and 4+ years in manufacturing or supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or account management.
• Experience in coordinating between customers and production to meet schedules and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the production team to ensure orders are processed accurately.
• Monitor orders from entry to delivery and manage E&O materials to minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot production delays and material shortages to prevent impact on customers.
• Prepare detailed performance metrics such as On-Time Delivery, forecasting accuracy, and yield reports.
• Lead production meetings to communicate customer requirements and close root cause issues with department managers.
