Job summary

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, and delivery requests professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on customer orders, required due dates, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Planning, Production, Quality Control (QC), and Warehouse departments to obtain updates on production and finished goods status.
• Follow up internally to ensure goods are ready according to the required delivery schedule.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate updates on order and delivery status.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoices accurately and on time.
• Arrange transportation, courier services, freight forwarders, or customer collections.
• Coordinate and monitor daily shipment and delivery arrangements.
• Inform customers promptly of any changes, delays, or issues affecting delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper and accurate records of Delivery Orders, invoices, shipments, and deliveries.
• Perform other customer service, coordination, and administrative duties related to order fulfilment and delivery operations as assigned.

In year 2013, our leadership team realized that the company’s growth and tightening environmental regulation necessitated a new facility. By year 2014, a new piece of land was purchased, constructed and operating with process automation, statistical process control, and environmental compliance.

Today, MFI owned a total land size of 72,000 square feet with more than 70 employees, housing a wide range of process capabilities catering for various industries including Aerospace sector.

Customers entrust their valuable products to MFI for the surface treatment and we are well aware of the responsibility that entails. Developing and maintaining customer trust is what we are all about. We build on long-term relationships and partnership with our valuable customer. Every project is assigned to a team with the most relevant knowledge and expertise.

We also have a comprehensive laboratory facility in which we are able to apply our know-how to develop customer-specific solutions and test them to ensure the application meets all their requirements
