Job summary

IMR (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to prepare and complete orders for delivery, receive stock, and maintain inventory records.

The role requires ability to lift heavy objects and familiarity with warehousing practices; SAP knowledge is a plus. The successful candidate will help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in daily operations. Based in Penang, the role involves packing, labeling, and arranging transportation for shipments, along with ongoing stock counts and audits

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Update inventory records and ensure storage accuracy.
• Unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments; match with PO.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and year-end inventories.
• Pack and ship orders, label and arrange transportation.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.

Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.

Roles And Responsibilities

Receiving Goods

• Unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments.
• Ensure materials match purchase orders and are in good condition.

Inventory Management

• Update inventory records, track stock levels and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Update and maintain relevant records such as material logs, shipping forms and inventory reports.
• Report any discrepancies to management.
• Check whether the posting and SAP system are settled on a daily basis to see if there are any omissions and reasons for non-posting.

Stock Count

• Conduct inventory of inventory materials every end of the month.
• Conduct mid-year and year-end inventory requires advance preparation and counting of all materials in the warehouse.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with delivery schedules. Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, packaging and arranging transportation. Assist with loading / unloading delivery vehicles.
• Safely operate and maintain preventively warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe
• Warehouse temperature and humidity are updated in time.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Any other ad-hoc works assign by the Management.

Requirements

• Working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• SAP system knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Language required: Mandarin & Malay & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
