Qualifications

Familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries via phone and email with accurate information.
Develop quotes and process purchase orders and sales orders.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance and other areas to meet customer needs.
Investigate and resolve complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Understand and adhere to company policies and suggest improvements.
Analyze issues to identify root causes and improve processes.
