Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide expert customer service and sales support across the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.

You will own order entry, pricing, and invoice processes, handle complex discrepancies, and coordinate with Infosys and internal teams to deliver accurate orders and timely responses. The role emphasizes collaboration, contract pricing management, and ongoing process improvements within a multichannel

Qualifications

• 2 year degree and 2–4 years of experience.
• Provides expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customers.
• Controls Order to Invoice processes, NCNR setup, contract pricing, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customers.
• Perform Order entry and maintenance, manage inbound formats, and handle complex discrepancies.
• Coordinate e-Compass and Forecast Response reports with Infosys; manage RMA, CAR/FQR analyses and post-delivery issues.
• Assist Inside Sales with Quote to Order objectives, load SDT quotes, and coordinate contract signatures.
• Develop knowledge through formal training or substantial work experience; operate under established procedures.
