Job summary

Mayang Holdings (EV) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Relations Executive (Sales Support) to assist Proton e.MAS Kulai showroom in Kulai, Johor.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer care, coordinating showroom activities, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will coordinate appointments, monitor enquiries, prepare performance reports, and support events with a friendly, patient, and professional approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales support or automotive industry preferred.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on selected weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor showroom presentation and report cleanliness, facility or display issues.
• Coordinate refreshments and waiting-area arrangements for showroom visitors.
• Arrange showroom appointments and test drives with customers and Sales Advisors.
• Monitor response times and ensure every customer enquiry is handled professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on leads, appointments, test drives, bookings and conversion performance.
• Maintain and update the customer database while ensuring confidentiality of customer information.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant department to resolve issues.
• Support showroom events, roadshows and customer engagement activities.
