Job summary

KM MOBIL SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) – Service to join our automotive service team. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth customer experience at the front desk.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Iban/Mandarin is a plus. Experience in automotive or customer service is valued; own transportation is preferred. A team player with good interpersonal skills will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Iban/Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in automotive industry or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
• Experience in front desk or customer reception duties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, appointments, and service-related requests.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and feedback.
• Assist in managing customer records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely updates on resolutions.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
