Job summary

Telagamas Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Relations Executive in Tanjong Malim to handle inquiries, follow-ups and complaint resolution with professionalism. You will coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business-related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Service/Customer Relations/Hospitality; automotive industry a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally via phone, email, social media, and walk-in customers.
• Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase or service to ensure satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records, case reports, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare monthly customer service and complaint analysis reports.
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement programs, events, and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure all customer concerns are addressed within the company's service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
