Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping results.
• Carry out branch operations transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, etc.) accurately and balance cash at end of day.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information; attend trainings; filing of reports; assist in branch housekeeping as needed.
