Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a sales-driven Customer Service and Teller role to greet walk-in customers, process transactions and discuss needs for cross selling. You will contribute to customer satisfaction, meet product targets, and support branch operations and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and cash balancing in a fast-paced branch environment while maintaining professional appearance and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder.
• Related working experience in financial institution or related field.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers for transaction processing and needs-based discussions for cross selling.
• Provide superior customer service to maintain high CSAT scores.
• Carry targets for CASA, FD book growth, account opening and cross selling of products.
• Learn and use I-Pads/devices for customer service/cross selling.
• Support branch operations and digital transformation initiatives.
