Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Malaysia seeks a branch-based professional to provide superior customer service for walk-in customers and drive product cross-selling. You will engage customers, use iPads for service and sales, and work toward targets in CASA, FD growth, and other banking products.

Occasional outreach and strong adherence to SOPs are expected. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and participation in digital initiatives while supporting daily branch operations and customer care.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder with experience in financial institutions or related field.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping results.
• Carry clear targets for products such as CASA, FD, cross-selling of PL, Credit Cards, and other Bank offerings.
• Learn and use iPads/devices for customer service and cross-selling.
• Support branch operations and assist in service/sales discussions, including occasional field outreach.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and uphold branch controls and compliance.
