Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder and above.
• Related working experience in financial institution or related field.
• Possess customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to branch customers and cross-sell bank products as applicable.
• Carry clear sales targets for specific products.
• Assist in managing branch queue time per the Bank’s approved Service Level Agreement.
• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service/cross selling.
• Assist in calling up customers for service or sales interactions.
• Maintain branch cash holding and end-of-day cash balancing; comply with rotation guidelines.
