Job summary

The candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues, provide remote support, and assist sales teams during product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, fluent English and Chinese, and at least 3 years of experience in technical support or related

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Eng or CS.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for communicating with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Handle escalations from support teams.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
• Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support
• Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
