Job description

1.Assist business unit to exceed sales target via Pre- and Post-sales technical support such as: product configuration proposal, demonstration, product application POC, technical preparation and compliance in project tender, product training, testing and commissioning of test-and-measurement equipment.

2.Participate actively in sales process from deal qualification to benchmarking until deal closure. To provide technical advises to sales team on sales strategy development, and competent to identify key technical value differentiators to win deals.

3.Handle customer enquiries, analyse customer’s requirements, propose the right solution for customer.

4.Solving customers' technical problems with excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and take initiative to continuously improve support services provided to customers.

5.Handle escalation from customers and elevate for help on roadblock issues.

6.Take ownership to identify learning gap, pick up new technology, product knowledge and new skills to align with business direction.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1.Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering.

2.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a technical support role. Entry levels are welcomed to apply.

3.Knowledge in Functional Tester (FCT), ICT and PLC considered as an added advantage.

4.Must possess valid driver's license and own transport.

5.Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas occasionally.

6.Working experience in the related Semiconductor/Electronics/Manufacturing industry & background in ICT, FCT, Test Fixtures, Analog and Digital test, or software development would be preferred.

7.Team player. Self-motivated and service-orientated personality.

8.Good command of English (both written and spoken), other languages e.g. Mandarin, will be considered as an added advantage.

9.Sound judgement and good business sense.
