TE Connectivity in Penang is seeking a Customer Process Engineer to support customers in the data communication market. You will act as a technical liaison, bridging TE's product development with customer manufacturing environments, focusing on high-speed interconnects and solution integration.

The role requires strong communication, PPAP/Design reviews experience, and willingness to travel within Penang, Johor, and Southeast Asia.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or master preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in PPAP and production startup.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for interconnect.

Mansioni

• Coordinate design reviews with TE and customers.
• Translate customer processes to TE product specs.
• Develop customer application notes and training materials.
• Provide onsite support during NPI stages.
• Collaborate with local FAE and product engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in trials and production.
