Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Prior technical experience and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Heavy Industries experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact with customers by phone or at the branch, building positive relationships.
• Assesses customers’ needs and gathers pertinent information.
• Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems and provides status updates to customers.
