• Diagnose and repair engines, perform preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Complete documentation: work orders, time sheets, warranty claims, quality forms.
• Provide training to technicians and apprentices.
• Coach junior staff and review repair plans; maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environmental policies and report incidents.
