FamilyMart Malaysia, managed by QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support smooth store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will upsell products, handle food orders under SOPs, and operate the cash register accurately while maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels.

Candidates should have a minimum SPM or equivalent, with 1-2 years in retail or customer service preferred; bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Formación

• Minimum SPM qualification or relevant retail working experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in retail or customer service; positive attitude encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and efficient store operations in collaboration with the supervisor.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.
• Handle customer food orders and ensure compliant food handling SOPs.
• Operate the cash register accurately for cash and card transactions per company policies.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
