Job summary

Setia Awan Land Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Customer Care & Property Management on a 1-year contract to manage customer interactions and oversee post-sales property services. The role involves coordinating handovers, conducting pre-delivery inspections, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries across Malaysia.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in Business Admin/Management or Civil Engineering, with at least 1 year in property development or customer servicing.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Business Management, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in Property Developer or Customer Servicing is required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions face-to-face, by phone and email.
• Respond to CCPM inquiries or problems in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and property handovers.
• Monitor site upkeep and liaise with project dept. and contractors to ensure quality work.
• Manage customer service through liability/warranty period and resolve complaints within agreed time frames.
