Job summary

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Customer Service/Relations professional based in Setia Alam to handle enquiries, feedback and complaints in line with company standards.

You will coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues, maintain strong customer relationships, and support service programmes across the customer journey. The role requires 1–3 years in a related field and proficiency in MS Office and IFCA.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Customer Service or Customer Relations or related role.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Public Relations, Customer Service, Estate Management, or related field.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate, resolve, and follow up on concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, authorities and external parties.
• Support customer relations programmes and activities for a positive journey.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on feedback, complaints and progress to management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
