Job summary

CPI Land Sdn Bhd invites a capable Sales and Admin Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will support sales activities, manage documentation and provide seamless admin support to keep daily operations running smoothly and to deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates possess a Marketing-related diploma or degree, at least 1 year in sales administration within property development or agency, and are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin an advantage).

Qualifications

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage.
Diploma or degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year of sales administration experience in property development or agency.

Responsibilities

Monitor SPA, loan documents, progressive billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit and sales administration functions.
Liaison with purchasers, bankers and solicitors for coordination and documentation; generate relevant correspondences e.g. Letter of Undertakings, progress billings, collections, reminders, interests, official receipts, etc.
Ensure all sales information and documents are maintained to facilitate easy reference.
To prepare weekly collection report.
Attend and handle all inquiries and resolve any property related matter.
Other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
