Job summary

Mediterranean Shipping Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations in the customer care department. You will manage booking tasks, respond promptly to emails and calls, and coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Diploma/degree in logistics, business, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years customer service experience in a similar industry is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend and handle daily operations from the customer care department and manage booking team tasks.
• Reply to emails and handle calls professionally and promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist immediate superior with ad hoc tasks and report to team leader/supervisor.
