Job summary

Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a customer service professional to join our call center operations in Cyberjaya.

The role focuses on delivering quality service, understanding customer needs, and maintaining accurate records. You will greet customers professionally, resolve inquiries, and promote additional products or services as appropriate. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience, with strong communication, computer skills, and attention

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and demonstrate empathy to build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work; notation of accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
